Fair Play is Enforced

Philippine Law Governs This Agreement
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts, with PAGCOR's dispute resolution process available as a first step.
Important: These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and ph563 ("ph563," "the Platform," "we," "us," "our"). These Terms apply to all services offered on ph563.org. By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.

These Terms are effective from the Effective Date stated above and supersede all prior versions. ph563 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. 3.1 Age Requirement. The Platform is strictly for persons aged 21 years or older. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR and reflects the legal minimum age for participation in regulated online gaming in the Philippines. ph563 employs age verification procedures at registration and may require documentary proof of age at any time. Any Account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all balances forfeited, and the matter referred to PAGCOR where required.
3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing ph563 from outside the Philippines do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for determining whether such access is lawful in their jurisdiction. ph563 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
3.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to register or play:
21+ Requirement: ph563 has a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling. Any attempt to circumvent age verification is a violation of these Terms and Philippine law. ph563 will report confirmed cases of underage gambling to PAGCOR and, where applicable, to law enforcement.
4.1 One Account Per Player. Each Player may hold only one Account on ph563. Registering multiple Accounts—whether under the same or different identities, mobile numbers, or payment methods—is strictly prohibited. ph563 uses technical and investigative methods to detect duplicate Accounts. On detection, ph563 reserves the right to close all associated Accounts, void all Balances, and ban the Player permanently.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. Players must provide accurate, current, and complete information at registration and must update their Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms. ph563 shall not be liable for any loss arising from a Player's failure to provide accurate information.
4.3 Mobile Number as Primary Identifier. Your registered Philippine mobile number is your primary account identifier. It receives OTP verification codes, transaction notifications, and account security alerts. ph563 strongly recommends keeping your registered mobile number current and active.
4.4 KYC Verification. Before processing any withdrawal, ph563 requires identity verification in compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Players must submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document. KYC is a one-time process. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and return of uninvested deposits.
5.1 Player Responsibility. Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including username, password, and any authentication codes. ph563 will never ask for your password via chat, email, or telephone. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to ph563 support immediately.
5.2 Unauthorised Access. In the event of suspected unauthorised access to an Account, the Player must notify ph563 support without delay. ph563 is not responsible for losses arising from a Player's failure to protect their credentials. ph563 may, at its sole discretion, freeze an Account pending investigation of any security concern.
5.3 Two-Factor Authentication. ph563 strongly recommends enabling SMS-based two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. This optional security measure significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access. 2FA is enabled and managed via Account Security settings.
5.4 Session Security. Players should log out of their Account after every session, particularly when using shared or public devices. ph563 accepts no liability for Account access resulting from a Player's failure to log out.
6.1 Accepted Methods. ph563 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, USDT, and 7-Eleven. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per method are displayed at the time of deposit and are subject to change without notice.
6.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular promotion or payment method.
6.3 Currency. All Account Balances are maintained in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits in other currencies are converted at the exchange rate applied by ph563 at the time of the transaction. ph563 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations or fees charged by third-party payment providers.
6.4 Source of Funds. Players must only deposit funds from sources legally belonging to them. Deposits from third-party accounts, business accounts, or anonymous sources are prohibited. ph563 reserves the right to request evidence of source of funds in compliance with Anti-Money Laundering laws.
GCash and Maya: Deposits via GCash and Maya are processed instantly in most cases. Processing times for bank deposits may vary between 15 minutes and one banking day depending on the sending institution. ph563 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
7.1 Eligibility for Withdrawal. Only Real Funds that have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds that have not met their wagering requirement will be forfeited upon withdrawal of Real Funds, unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
7.2 KYC Pre-Condition. Withdrawals will not be processed until a Player has completed KYC identity verification. ph563 is under no obligation to process any withdrawal from an unverified Account.
7.3 Processing Times. Withdrawal requests submitted to GCash or Maya are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes for standard members and within 15 minutes for VIP Silver tier and above. Bank transfers may take up to one business day. ph563 does not guarantee processing times and shall not be liable for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.
7.4 Withdrawal Method. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to platform restrictions. ph563 reserves the right to require alternative verification if the original payment method is unavailable.
7.5 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 unless otherwise specified.
7.6 Right to Withhold. ph563 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal payments pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or suspicious account activity. Players will be notified of any hold and provided a reasonable opportunity to respond.
8.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers provided by ph563 are subject to the specific terms published on the promotion page, in addition to these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
8.2 Welcome Bonus. The ph563 welcome bonus is available to new players making their first qualifying deposit. It is applicable to one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per device. ph563 reserves the right to withdraw the welcome bonus offer at any time without notice.
8.3 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier for each bonus is stated on the promotion page. Wagering contribution rates vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games may contribute a lower percentage. 8.4 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise specified, Bonus Funds and associated free spins expire 30 days after crediting if the wagering requirement has not been met. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account Balance.
8.5 Bonus Abuse. ph563 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonuses, wagering on games with minimal volatility to satisfy turnover requirements, multi-accounting to claim bonuses multiple times, and coordinated exploitation with other players. ph563 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings arising from abuse, and to suspend or close Accounts engaged in such conduct.
VIP Cashback: ph563's weekly VIP cashback is calculated on net gambling loss over the preceding calendar week and credited to Real Funds (not Bonus Funds) every Monday. VIP cashback is not subject to wagering requirements. The VIP program terms are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9.1 Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on ph563 is governed by game-specific rules accessible from the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a bet. ph563 assumes no liability for bets placed by Players without knowledge of the applicable game rules.
9.2 Payout of Winnings. All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) engines or by live physical game mechanics in ph563 Casino's live dealer rooms. Winnings are credited to a Player's Account immediately upon round settlement. ph563 does not accept liability for winnings that cannot be credited due to technical failure; such events are logged and investigated individually.
9.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, server error, or communication failure, bets and winnings from the affected round(s) may be voided at ph563's sole discretion. Players will be notified and any affected Real Funds returned. No liability is accepted for losses arising from malfunctions beyond ph563's direct control.
9.4 Maximum Winnings. ph563 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual game rounds, progressive jackpot events, or promotional games. Maximum payout limits where applicable are displayed in the relevant game information panel.
9.5 Sports Betting Rules. Sports betting markets on ph563 are subject to additional rules governing bet acceptance, settlement, voiding of events, and in-play betting. The Sports Betting Rules document is published separately and incorporated herein by reference.
Players must not engage in any of the following conduct. Violation of this section is a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and potential referral to PAGCOR and law enforcement:
11.1 Player Responsibility. ph563 considers responsible gaming an integral part of its operations. Online gaming should be treated as a form of entertainment, not as a source of income. Players are responsible for monitoring their own gambling behavior and for using the tools available to manage it.

11.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude must contact ph563 Live Chat or submit a written request to [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours of request confirmation. ph563 will use reasonable efforts to prevent re-registration during the exclusion period. Players who circumvent self-exclusion by creating new Accounts are in breach of these Terms.
11.4 Under-Age Gambling Prevention. It is a criminal offence to allow a person under 21 years of age to gamble. ph563 takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage access, including age verification at registration and ongoing monitoring of account activity patterns. 12.2 Licence to Use. ph563 grants Players a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to copying, distributing, modifying, creating derivative works from, or commercially exploiting any Platform content.
12.3 Restrictions. Players must not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to access the source code of any ph563 software. Scraping, crawling, or data-mining of the Platform is prohibited without prior written authorisation from ph563.
13.1 No Warranty. The ph563 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
13.2 Limitation. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph563's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Player into their Account during the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 Excluded Losses. ph563 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from use of the Platform.
13.4 Force Majeure. ph563 is not liable for failure or delay in performing its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from any cause beyond ph563's reasonable control, including acts of God, government action, power failure, internet outages, or third-party platform failure.
14.1 Termination by ph563. ph563 may suspend or permanently close a Player's Account at any time and without prior notice if: (a) the Player breaches any provision of these Terms; (b) ph563 suspects fraud, money laundering, collusion, or cheating; (c) ph563 is required to do so by law or regulatory direction; or (d) ph563 ceases to offer services in the relevant jurisdiction.
14.2 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure by ph563 for a material breach, any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from bonus abuse will be voided. Real Funds not subject to a fraud investigation will be returned to the Player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
14.3 Voluntary Closure. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting ph563 support. Voluntary closure requests are processed within five business days. Any Balance of Real Funds will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations.
14.4 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for twelve consecutive months is considered dormant. ph563 reserves the right to apply a dormancy administration fee to dormant Accounts as published in the Fee Schedule. Players are notified by SMS prior to any dormancy fee being applied.
15.1 Right to Amend. ph563 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments may reflect changes in regulatory requirements, new product features, operational changes, or clarifications of existing provisions.
15.2 Notice. Where amendments are material, ph563 will notify Players via SMS or in-platform notification at least seven days before the amendment takes effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or minor clarifications) may take effect without prior notice.
15.3 Continued Use. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the updated Terms. If a Player does not accept an amendment, their sole recourse is to close their Account in accordance with Section 14.3 before the amendment takes effect.
16.1 Governing Law. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
16.2 Dispute Resolution. Players who have a complaint or dispute regarding ph563's services should first contact ph563 Customer Support via Live Chat or email. ph563 commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and to providing a substantive response within ten business days.
16.3 PAGCOR Escalation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph563's internal complaints process, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's Player Assistance Unit in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint procedures.
16.4 Jurisdiction. For disputes that proceed to formal legal proceedings, each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
